The Totals type elements consist of adding up all the tickets that comply with the count according to the subtype chosen: counter, percentage or SQL statement.
This option is recommended when you want to display only a total or a percentage. When you click on these panels, it shows the ticket view that includes the result of that panel, except in the case of SQL subtype, where only the number of tickets that meet the sentence is shown.

Clicking on these boxes opens the corresponding view with the tickets that meet these criteria.
This is the only panel that, even if selected, does not show the list of tickets in the Service Desk tab, since it only shows the counter resulting from the sentence.
The "Show variables" button allows you to know the variables available to create the statement, and the "Test SQL" button allows you to check if the statement is correct or incorrect.
