From Administration > Service > Privacy we can enable the options of cookies policy, privacy policy consent and authorization to send commercial communications.
If we activate these options, they will be displayed in various sections of the application.
In case the user wishes to edit the cookie policies, he/she must access the translation button and select the language in which he/she is going to change this text:
Within Contact Maintenance and/or at the ticket level, we find the possibility of modifying whether or not the user authorizes the sending of communications.
From the user portal, if they want to self-register, they must accept these policies in order to be able to subscribe. Otherwise, the button will be disabled.
Also in the portal, will be displayed at all times a small message at the bottom of the page to consult the privacy policy and cookies whether the user is logged in or not.
