In this menu you will find all the available settings at the authentication level.
ServiceTonic allows you to set up registration using authentication servers. We can add new registration options and display them on the home page.
If we enable identification using username and password, we will have the option of adding two-factor authentication for the entire service.
Once enabled, users will receive an email when they try to log in which will be sent to the email account they have associated with ServiceTonic. If the user does not have a designated email account, they will receive an error message.
The option to activate secure computer settings is also available. If that is the case, once a user has logged in using 2FA, they can log back in from the same computer multiple times without being asked for their ID code again. We can set for how long the computer is considered secure using the dropdown menu below.
